Is it grey or gray? I can never decide. But I love gre/ay days so much. They feel so relaxed, so cozy and so perfect. The holidays were a crazy few months and now that we have finally passed them all, I'm looking forward to a new year renewing myself, cultivating my ongoing projects and attempting to grow creatively.
A really important way that I renew myself is to change scenery, change perspective and find new experiences, even if they are still in our own backyard. It's not always possible to jet off across the world to find those, so I like to find them where I am, and I'm hoping to remember to do that more this year. Today, Brad and I visited the Hirshhorn Museum to catch the Ragnar Kjartansson exhibition before it closes for the year. Home of the famous Woman in E performance art piece that I've been seeing so much on Instagram, the exhibit definitely did not disappoint.
Another thing I'd like to do more of this year is spend time in big inspiring planty spaces. My home is that way to an extent, but it definitely doesn't match the Botanic Garden.
What are you looking forward to in the new year?
